Forty years on job sites.
Our founder started in commercial construction in 1985. The network he's built since brings that same discipline to every job.
A company of tradesmen, not middlemen
A-Team Builders is a company of skilled professional tradesmen in each of the fields and specialized trades needed to complete small, medium and certain large-scale construction projects.
We operate as a collective team of craftsmen who come together on projects — and also work individually — depending on the size and scope of a project.
Eric and the team of over twenty partners bring skill, reliability and professionalism to each of their projects, no matter how large or small.
How the collective works
Your project sits in the middle. The trades it needs plug in around it — and only those trades. A bathroom gets a plumber, a tile setter and a painter. An ADU gets the whole network.
Eric Givens
- 1985
Begins his career in commercial construction in the pipe fitters union.
- 1990
Starts running jobs as a foreman.
- Next
Moves into independent project management alongside his cousin, an electrician.
- Today
Both have grown successful independent construction companies — and A-Team Builders' network of twenty-plus partners grew from there.
Skill
Specialists in their own trade, not generalists stretching to cover one.
Reliability
We show up when we say we will and finish what we start.
Professionalism
Clear communication, clean sites and respect for your home or business.
